Last updated: 20 July 2026

  1. INTRODUCTION
Enterprise Tech Talk provides free podcasts, articles, topic guides and email updates for business and technology leaders. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, which third parties may receive it, and the choices available to you.

  2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
Newsletter: When you subscribe, we collect your email address and any information you choose to provide. We use it to send Enterprise Tech Talk podcast, article and executive-briefing updates, manage your subscription and preferences, measure newsletter engagement, and prevent misuse. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

Contact and guest enquiries: When you email us or submit an expression of interest, we collect the contact details and message content you provide. We use this information to respond, assess the enquiry, arrange participation where relevant, and maintain necessary business records.

We do not sell your personal information.

  1. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Our website platform and service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, timestamps, approximate location, referral source, cookie identifiers and interactions with site features. We use this information to operate, secure, diagnose and improve the website and to understand aggregate content performance.

  2. EMBEDDED MEDIA AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Episode pages may include YouTube and Spotify players. Loading or using these players can allow Google/YouTube or Spotify to receive your IP address, device information, cookie identifiers and playback interactions under their own privacy policies. If you prefer not to load an embedded player, use the clearly labelled direct channel link where available.

Enterprise Tech Talk is hosted using Wix. We may also use email/newsletter delivery, analytics and security providers. These providers process information only to supply their services to us, subject to their terms and applicable privacy obligations.

  1. COOKIES AND YOUR CHOICES
The site may use essential cookies for security and functionality, analytics cookies to understand usage, and third-party cookies associated with embedded media. Where a consent control is presented, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice later. You can also restrict cookies through your browser, although some features may not work as intended.

  2. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, analytics, embedded media, security and administration; with professional advisers; or when required by law or necessary to protect users, Enterprise Tech Talk or the public. We do not share newsletter addresses with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

  3. RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to meet legal or operational requirements, or until you unsubscribe or request deletion where applicable. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

  4. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or make a complaint. To make a request, email enquiry@enterprisetechtalk.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

  5. CHILDREN
Enterprise Tech Talk is intended for business and technology audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

  6. CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to enquiry@enterprisetechtalk.com.
